This project is simple and intimate. I explored solitude and isolation in practice. After returning from my first international travels since the advent of Covid, I was inspired to place creative constraints on myself during a period of social distancing.

Through exploration of two empty studios, two years apart, I gathered emotional information. The labor of editing the video portion allowed me to separate my body and my mind. I connected it to the process of developing film: trust and patience make time lighter.
