The concept for this live performance is kinesthesia, defined as awareness of the position and movement of the parts of the body by means of sensory organs in the muscles and joints.

I choreographed MIA in collaboration with the dancers. The piece incorporates improvised movement set to a score of Gia Margaret’s 2020 album, Mia Gargaret, and my own written prose.
